Epic Cancellation Policy.

(a) When a booking is canceled more than 7 days in advance of the booking 20% of the value of the booking will be charged

(b) When a booking is canceled less than 7 days in advance of the booking 50% of the value of the booking will be charged

(a) When a booking is canceled less than 1 day  in advance of the booking a minimum 3 days hire or 50% of the booking, whichever is the greater will be  charged

(d) If you are  a "no show" and have not notified us at least 24 hours prior to pickup of your intention to cancel, we reserve the right to charge the full amount
