We want your trip to be enjoyable and relaxed, that’s why we have partnered with the Automobile Association (AA) one of New Zealand’s most recognised and respected companies to provide you with 24-hour Roadside Breakdown Assistance.
If your vehicle has had a mechanical breakdown simply phone
supply them with the registration number of the vehicle you are in, and a member of the AA will organise a team member to help you out.
You are covered for:
Engine Faults
Electrical Faults
Cooling System
Braking System
Vehicle Recovery
You are NOT covered for:
Flat Batteries
Wheels & Tyres
Lost Keys / Locked Out
Out of Fuel
Won't Start
Please be aware that if the callout is classified as a non-mechanical breakdown then you will have to pay the relevant fees. This is paid by you directly to the AA.
Our rental fleet is modern, well cared for, and regularly maintained. We do not expect any problems with our vehicles.
